Fireworks can be fun for people to watch but can be very frightening for dogs. Create a safe place for them to be while you are attending or hosting a firework celebration. Dogs easily spook from the loud sudden sounds and take off. Keep them indoors and securely away from being able to squeeze out the door if people are in and out of the house.
